The winner of the 3rd edition of the Renan Lotufo Award, sponsored by IBERC, was our partner José Luiz de Moura Faleiros Júnior, for his doctoral thesis Enriquecimento sem causa e sua aplicação aos bens digitais (Unjust Enrichment and Its Application to Digital Assets), written under the supervision of Dr. Eduardo Tomasevicius Filho and defended at USP in 2024.
In this edition, the Evaluation Committee consisted of external evaluators Dr. Wanessa de Cassia Françolin, Dr. Jordão Horácio da Silva Lima, and Dr. Paulo Potiara de Alcântra Veloso.
